Anyone who occasionally hikes in the mountains knows how intense the colors and shapes of the flowers are there in the summer months. The vegetation period is short, and the plants compete for the attention of insects and bees with fragrance, flavor, and bright colors. Why is this important? The higher the tea plants are grown, the more flavorful and aromatic they are. Obviously. Only they can be cut less often. They grow slowly. Quality over quantity.

The Kräuterrebellen have found the perfect solution for packaging their tea: Lebenshilfe South Tyrol provides a safe workplace for handicapped people and it has a small group of people packaging the herbs in their workshops. Here, valuable work is done for a fee. In a protected environment without pressure to perform, time pressure or pressure to succeed, but with intensified social contacts and recognition of people with disabilities in society. A win-win situation.

It's the inner values that count

Rebel Tea is free of flavorings, preservatives, dyes and flavor enhancers. This is a conscious decision. Instead, it scores with an original scent in the nose, gentle drying and the subtle coloring of nature. Different. Patience is required. The flavor and color of the herbs don't reveal themselves right away during infusion. Take your time, wait. And drink tea.
